Return & Store Credit Policy

At Anmaki Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer store credit under the following conditions.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date.
• All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition as they were received.
• Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and included materials.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components will not be eligible for a return.

Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be issued store credit for the purchase price of the approved item(s). Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized jewelry

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
