We want you to love your ANMAKI pieces. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Store Credit

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item. If the return is approved, you will receive store credit that can be applied toward a future purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items

Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. This includes damage or discoloration caused by water, perfume, sweat, cosmetics, or improper care.

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Necklaces, rings, and bracelets are eligible for return as long as they meet the conditions outlined above.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to ANMAKI. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ANMAKI is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
